Guests are required to sign in using the QR code and add all children and visitors as dependants before entry

All guests aged 12 years and over must wear a mask when visiting. Masks can only be removed when seated to eat or drink.

All food and drinks must be consumed while seated

Please maintain 1.5m distance wherever possible

Kids World is governed by the 1 person per 4 sq metre rule with a maximum capacity of 180 visitors.

Party Rooms are governed by the 1 person per 4 sq metre rule so max capacity is 25 individuals or 12 families from the same households.

Children cannot blow out candles over the whole cake – Host will bring the cake in for pictures and then either cut one slice off to put the candle in to sing happy birthday or parents can provide a single cupcake to use for candle ceremony. Any cakes used to blow out candles cannot be served out to guests.

Children must sanitise before entering party room and again when heading back out to the play areas.

Kids World party hosts will use gloves or tongs to serve out platters/bowled items to children to reduce touch points and contact.

Private hires are limited to max capacity numbers

Private hire guests must all sign in and add dependants then show confirmation screen before entering.
